We have found that Nutri-Calm helps people focus while they are cleansing or on any type of herbal program.
I love nutricalm. I suffer from bi-polar and it's the only thing I've found that brings down the highs to a manageable level. I don't know what I'd do without it.
When I get particularly stressed, I'll take about 5-8 of them at once. I've never gotten an upset stomach doing this and it really helps manage my stress.
I usually take only one or two during the day and a couple at night to make me sleep. It really does the trick.
